Star Trek: Online isn’t slowing down; the 11th expansion, the New Dawn, has just been announced for this game. In it, the Alpha quadrant is recovering from the consequences of the Iconian war. Now, “it is time to be explorers again”. There are some undiscovered parts of Alpha quadrant left, and you should prepare for your journey of discovery. Personally, I like exploration a tad bit more than the mindless shootings, in accordance with the spirit of the show (or at least my favorite series, The Next generation), so I am looking forward to this change of pace.
One of interesting new additions will be a special appearance Chase Masterson, also know as Leeta from Deep Space Nine. Let us hope she has aged well.
